I am a freelance illustrator who was born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia and is currently residing in Winsloe, Prince Edward Island. Since a child, I have always had a colourful imagination and a strong passion for creating art.

In 2014, I graduated from NSCAD University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Interdisciplinary and a Minor in illustration. While

I attended school my main focus was illustrative work, graphic design, traditional drawing, and painting.

Recently, I have done work as a children’s book illustrator and graphic designer for Mom’s Socks, published in 2016 and have illustrated Ashton's Puddle, published in 2019.

As an illustrator, I enjoy creating artwork with a hands-on approach using traditional media such as watercolours, acrylic, oil, graphite, and mixed media. I also work digitally using Adobe programs to create personal logos, brochures, and web designs.

My inspiration comes from nature and animals and I often incorporate this theme into my artwork. I enjoy creating warm-hearted illustrations for children's books, short stories, nursery rhymes, fairy tales and for festive holiday greeting cards. If the opportunity became available, I would love to work with established authors and publishers to illustrate books and magazines within the children’s market.

Although this is my main focus, I am flexible and open to new opportunities within the illustrative and designer field. Currently

I am available for freelance and long-term work.
